Sons of Medusa Commission Project

Wow, it's been a while since I've added anything to this.

So, to say sorry, this is a Sons of Medusa army that I painted for work! The client liked it so much that he's planning on getting some more and I'm working forward to painting them up for him. It's a fun scheme and was a joy to paint. Keep in mind that every available option was magnetized and painted for these models, so there are a lot of bits that aren't shown in these pictures.

I'll be selling off my Lamenters as soon as I finish painting everything that I have available for them, so if you or someone you know is into Blood Angels successor chapters, shoot me a comment or message and let me know if you'd be interested in a price or anything. Once they're all done I'll get some finished pictures of the army up here for you all to see. Also, they make an appearance on the Blue Table Painting Youtube channel, so keep an eye out there as well!

I've also been working on my Warmachine stuff. I've converted to the fiery ways of Menoth. PURGE THE UNCLEAN! BURN THE UNBELIEVER! And what not.

So, I decided I want to run an Army of the Righteous and got to work on it.

I'm also working on my Choir of Menoth and a few Paladins with Dartan Vilmon. I need to add some Zealots and Flameguard so that I can take them all, but in the mean time I'm having fun with it.

So this is just some updates on my 40k armies and things I'm working on for them.


First up, a couple of things for my Lamenters!

 Primary part is Necron Immortals, then I cast up a few peices that I built to make them more Wraithguard-y

Lamenters

Just a quick peak at my newest project: Blood Angels successor chapter Lamenters

I've got ALMOST 1000 pts worth.

1x 10 man Tactical Squad with Melta and Missile Launcher
        Mounted in Rhino
1x Assault Squad
1x Death Company Squad
1x Librarian
1x Sanguinary Priest
1x Sanguinary Guard Squad

I have a couple of Chaplain, Dante, a Captain, and another unit of Sanguinary Guard, but I figure I should fielding Dante if I'm using more than one unit of those fellas.

I'm using these guys to kind of flex my modelling skills. I probably won't do much converting on the first tactical squad, as I need to get back in the habit of BUILDING Space Marines first. But the following squads will open to whatever I want to try.

Binge and Splurge

So I've been on a bit of a buying spree lately and I thought I'd let any of my viewers out there know what's coming.

1: LOTS of Eldar

I've got 3 Warwalkers, 2 Wave Serpents, 2 Falcons, 10 Guardians, 10 Dire Avengers, 7 Fire Dragons, 2 Jet Bikes, and 2 Warlocks waiting to go.

2: Lamenters

I've decided I must have a Space Marine chapter. I've decided to play Lamenters with a Blood Angel codex and see where it goes from there. If the next BA codex sucks, then I'll switch them over to vanilla marines. Shouldn't be too big a change.

I may have accidentally ruined my base molds for my Eldar, which means I either have to make new molds (more likely) or start making all my bases by hand again (not likely). Plus, I could probably use the practice.
